Yoga, combined with breath work and singing (chanting) can help still and focus a busy mind. In a relaxed, fun, playful setting, learn tools to deal with stress and aid in concentration. On the physical level, move and breathe and work on flexibility. When we have a flexible body, we are more comfortable and find more comfort in our minds.
